How Care Works
Getting started should feel simple
Julie Family Care is designed to make the care process clear, comfortable and free of unnecessary complexity. Here is what you can expect from your first inquiry through ongoing service.
Step 1 — Initial Inquiry
Submit a brief request through our Request Care form or call Julie directly at (305) 502-1829. Tell us generally what type of support is needed, your preferred schedule and when you would like to begin.
Step 2 — Introductory Conversation
Julie will reach out to schedule a short, no-obligation introductory conversation. This is an opportunity to discuss the client's routine, preferences, support needs and any questions your family has about Julie Family Care.
Step 3 — General Needs & Schedule Review
Together, we review the client's daily routine, availability, expectations and the types of support that would be most helpful. Julie will explain exactly what services she can provide and any boundaries that apply.
Step 4 — Service Recommendation
Based on the conversation, Julie will recommend a service arrangement that fits the client's needs, schedule and budget. All recommendations are clear, honest and focused on the client's wellbeing.
Step 5 — Written Client Agreement
Before care begins, Julie Family Care prepares a written client service agreement that outlines the authorized services, schedule, pricing, responsibilities and expectations. Both parties review and sign before any service is provided.
Step 6 — Personalized Service Plan
A personalized service plan is created for the client, documenting their routines, preferences, important contacts and care priorities. This plan guides every visit and is updated as needs change.
Step 7 — Care Begins
Julie provides the service directly. You will know who is coming, when they are arriving and what they will be doing. Families are kept informed and communication is always available.
Step 8 — Ongoing Communication
Julie maintains regular communication with the client and designated family contacts. Concerns, observations and schedule adjustments are communicated promptly and professionally.
Step 9 — Service Adjustments
As the client's needs evolve, the service plan can be adjusted. Julie works with families to ensure the care arrangement continues to serve the client well.
Step 10 — Referral or Agency Partnership When Needs Exceed Scope
If a client's needs grow beyond Julie's availability or the scope of non-medical care, Julie Family Care will provide a thoughtful referral or coordinate with an established agency partner. Continuity and the client's best interests always come first.
A Note on Service Providers
Julie is currently the primary service provider for Julie Family Care. As the business grows, Julie Family Care may coordinate support through properly screened employees or formal partnerships with established agencies. Any such arrangement will be communicated clearly to the client and family in advance.
