2. Nature of Services Julie Family Care provides private-pay, non-medical companionship and everyday supportive homecare. Services include companion visits, meal preparation, light homemaking, errand assistance, transportation support and daily routine help. Julie Family Care is not a licensed home health agency and does not provide skilled nursing, clinical assessments, medical treatment or insurance-covered care.

3. Private-Pay Arrangement All services are arranged and paid directly between the client or their family and Julie Family Care. No insurance billing is offered or implied. Rates, scheduling and service scope are confirmed during an initial care conversation and documented in a written service agreement prior to care beginning.

4. No Medical Advice Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance or a substitute for professional medical care. If you or your loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately. Julie Family Care cannot and does not provide emergency care.

5. Eligibility Services are available to individuals and families located within Julie Family Care's active service area in Massachusetts. Geographic availability is confirmed during the initial care conversation.

6. Inquiry Submissions When you submit a care inquiry through this website, you consent to being contacted by Julie Family Care for the purpose of discussing your care needs. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of availability.

7. Service Agreements A separate written service agreement will be provided and signed before any care services begin. That agreement governs the specific terms, rates, schedules and responsibilities of each care arrangement. These Terms of Service govern website use only.
